John Boulden joined the Thursday night group of writers soon after the publication of Many Women Two Men. Now retired, John taught history at K-W Collegiate for many years and much of his writing has been about the people and buildings of the community of Berlin/Kitchener. His book on the history of Berlin High School entitled Echoes of History won a National Film Board competition and became a documentary film. John wrote a weekly column for The K-W Record called Canada: Sea to Sea about a 13-month trip across Canada with his young family and an Old English sheepdog.
