Marianne Paul is a kayaker, poet and novelist. Her books include Tending Memory, Twice in a Blue Moon, Dead Girl Diaries and Above and Below the Waterline. She is a recipient of the Canadian Aid Literary Award and the Kitchener-Waterloo Arts Award. Marianne grew up in Brockville along the St. Lawrence River, and now lives in Kitchener along the Grand River, where she continues to write, paddle and blog. She is married to Bob Paul.
